10-year aluminium profile cover
Aluminium profiles carry 10-year cover from dispatch against qualifying structural profile and finish defects under normal service conditions, subject to the applicable guarantee conditions.
5-year glass and hardware cover
Insulated glass units carry 5-year cover for qualifying sealed-unit failure. Hardware and mechanical running gear carry 5-year cover for qualifying functional defects. Coverage is subject to correct installation, use and maintenance.
Installation and maintenance
Have systems installed by a competent professional in accordance with the relevant instructions. Keep drainage channels and tracks clear. Clean aluminium finishes with warm water and a mild non-abrasive detergent, then dry with a soft cloth. Avoid solvents and abrasive pads. Follow the supplied hardware maintenance instructions.
Reporting an issue
Contact us with your order number, installation address, a description and clear photographs of the unit and affected area. We will review the issue and the applicable cover. Commercial guarantees do not replace your statutory consumer rights.
