Manufacturing lead times
Typical manufacturing lead times are 3–5 weeks from sign-off of production drawings. The programme depends on your specification. Confirm the expected schedule for your order before booking installation.
Delivery charges and coverage
Available delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout for the address entered. Contact us before ordering if a delivery method is unavailable or access needs special arrangements.
Kerbside delivery
Deliveries are kerbside. Arrange suitable offloading labour or glass-handling equipment for the size and weight of the order. The previous delivery guidance recommends 2–4 able-bodied people where appropriate; agree a safe handling plan for your actual items.
Access and receiving checks
Tell us about narrow roads, low bridges, weight restrictions or limited unloading space in advance. Check frames, glass, handles and accessories on arrival. Record visible damage or shortages on delivery paperwork and contact us promptly with photographs.
Keep your installation programme flexible
Wait for the agreed delivery arrangements before committing to dependent work. Store delivered products safely, protect the finishes and follow the applicable handling instructions.
